June 24th, 2009A recent upgrade of our server has caused some customer login passwords to be reset. If you have an existing account with us and receive an error when you try to login, click on ‘forgot your password?’ on the login page & you will be emailed a new password. Once logged in you can then change back to your original password by clicking on ‘your account’ on the right hand side on the screen, then ‘change password’.
