Attention All Artstore Customers!!!

We have had reports today of customers receiving emails from UPS regarding their order.  This is spam that has been unwittingly sent through our email server.  If you have received this email, DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHMENT AS IT CONTAINS A VIRUS!!!!!  DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

My apologies for this, we are currently working to find the vulnerability that has enabled our email server to be hacked.

Passwords Reset

A recent upgrade of our server has caused some customer login passwords to be reset.  If you have an existing account with us and receive an error when you try to login, click on ‘forgot your password?’ on the login page & you will be emailed a new password.  Once logged in you can then change back to your original password by clicking on ‘your account’ on the right hand side on the screen, then ‘change password’.
